Center of Technologies of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan was accepted as a member of IASP

Esteemed President Serdar Berdimuhamedov attaches great importance to the development of international scientific cooperation in the country. The admission of the Technologies Center of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan to the membership of the International Association of Science Parks and Innovative Areas (IASP) once again revealed the effective nature of the activities in this field. The decision to accept the technology center as a member was announced at the 39th World Conference of the General Assembly of the association on September 29 of this year.


As we already know, the International Association of Science Parks and Innovation Areas is a prestigious organization that unites the world's technological and scientific centers and national associations. It helps to improve the quality and efficiency of the work of its members. IASP brings science park experts together in one space to provide services that improve growth and efficiency, which in turn strengthens the competitiveness of companies in the areas affected by science parks, which contribute significantly to innovation, knowledge transfer, entrepreneurship, and global economic growth. The International Association of Science Parks and Innovation Areas, established in 1984, includes 350 members from 78 countries of the world. Residents of IASP include 115,000 companies engaged in industrial and scientific development of new technologies, biotechnologies, agricultural and new audiovisual applications.
