THE THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL CONFERENCE “THE ROLE OF WOMEN SCIENTISTS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF TURKMEN SCIENCE

The theoretical and practical conference “The role of women scientists in the development of Turkmen science” was held at the International Scientific and Technological Park of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan on February 27, 2025. It was organized by the Central Council of the Women's Union of Turkmenistan, the Women Scientists Center created under the Central Council of the Women's Union of Turkmenistan, and the Women's Organization of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan. Activists of women's organizations of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan and research institutes, young scientists, postgraduate students and specialists of the Central Council of the Union of Women of Turkmenistan, as well as activists of the Center "Women Scientists", took part at the conference. Participants presented their reports on the topics: “The role of Turkmen women in science”, “Scientists who studied the cultural heritage of the Turkmen people”, “The contribution of women scientists to historical science”, “Reflection of woman’s dignity in Turkmen literature”, “The role of women in the development of chemical science”. The conference participants expressed their deep gratitude to the National Leader of the Turkmen people – Hero Arkadag and our Esteemed President – Arkadagly Hero Serdar, who pay special attention to creating decent conditions for the women of the country.
